Spontaneous pop up style events throughout Milwaukee county. Summer time meetings can be expected around Hoyt park, Estabrook Park, South Shore park, and other spots around the 414. Indoor locations include The Sugar Maple Bar and Big Head Brewing Co.! Exact location and details announced on Facebook & Instagram. Financial investment 15.00/class. after 5 classes 6th is free! punch cards given out at class. LOCATION: Falk Legal Group. (Astor Street Practice)1037 North Astor Street. Milwaukee. WEDNESDAY May 24 No classes. MEMORIAL DAY! May 29th 9-10AM Vinyasa rise and shine Flow. WEDNESDAY May 31 5:30 - 6:30pm Vinyasa Gentle Flow. *NEW CLASS* Vinyasa Power Flow. In vinyasa yoga, the body moves in sync with the breath, creating fluid and smooth movements, so it's also known as "flow" yoga. Power yoga is based on these same principles, focusing on strength and a fast paced flow. LOCATION: The Sugar Maple, Bay View, Wisconsin. Candlelight slow flow. Practice in the back room at the Sugar Maple filled with the soft glow of candles. A great way to start your weekend, releasing your body and mind. Let's practice together.
